In support of our expansion, we are currently seeking an Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate the process of integrating newly acquired companies to the Nomios Group. Reporting to the Head of M&A, with a dotted line to the Group IT Director, you will design integration strategies as appropriate to each acquisition, assign roles, monitor progress, and resolve issues.


Your role and responsibilities as Integration Manager

No two days will be the same, but the types of activities the Integration Manager will be involved in will broadly fall into two areas:


1. Integration Management (70%)

  • Designing Integration Strategies: Collaborate with the Head of M&A, local MDs, and Group functions to create tailored integration strategies for each acquisition.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop a detailed 100-day plan, including internal and external communication strategies, identification of synergies across geographies, creation of cross-functional teams, and defining roles and objectives.
    Key Focus Areas
    :
    • Sales and Offering: Organise product/service presentations across all countries and align on synergies and mutual objectives.
    • Human Resources: Work with both Group HR and local HR teams to streamline employee sourcing and retention processes, ensuring they align with sales objectives.
    • Operational Processes: Ensure the alignment of operational processes across the Group.
    • IT Integration: Oversee and coordinate the integration of core systems such as ERP, CRM, and HR platforms in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Timeframe and Delivery: Ensure that integrations are delivered on time and meet the defined objectives.


2. Change Management (30%)

  • Communication and Support: Lead and manage communication plans to support change management throughout the integration process.
  • Training: Provide training and support to ensure employees across the Group are aligned and equipped to handle the integration.

Additional requirements include:

  • Autonomous and methodical: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a process-orientated approach.
  • Collaborative: Strong experience in working across various teams within a group, ensuring a cohesive approach to integration.
  • Results-orientated and pragmatic: A solution-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French and/or an additional European language would be a plus.
  • Experience: At least three years’ experience in transactional services within a Big 4 group company.


Job Specifics

  • This is a hybrid role located in either France or the UK
  • Hours are full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm; occasional evening or weekend work may be required
  • Travel should be expected, including overnight stays abroad
